Who We Are
Pass Associates is a local accountancy practice based in Banbridge, Northern Ireland. Since 1998, we’ve supported a wide range of clients including small businesses, sole traders, and community organisations, providing practical and reliable accountancy services such as:

About Our Founder
Peter Shortt founded Pass Associates in 1998. He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Accountancy from Queen’s University Belfast and later completed his ACCA professional training at Ulster University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants (FFA), a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) and a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (CITMA).
With a strong background in both accountancy and business support, Peter offers clients practical advice backed by over two decades of hands-on experience.
